This song brings back painfully good and vivid memories!
80 acres! Back in the mid to late 60s plans were drawn up and ground was broken for a mall named Evergreen East. When major lay-offs began to happen at boeing, the anchore stores (Bon, Frederick and Nelson etc..pulled out) And thats how 80 acres was born. I remember many kegs and 4x4ing at 80 acres, I remember folks drag racing on the straight road in front of it. Races where et up while cruising crossroads. I bet the people that cleared up the land for microsoft found some interesting stufF.
